| 摘 要： | 20世纪30年代是交通大学发展的“黄金时期”，这与当时交大的校长黎照寰有着直接关系。黎照寰有特立独行的办学理念和培养实行家的人才观，他坚持实施“德智体”三育并重的教育方针，大力推崇自由学术研究。他卓越的教育思想、办学实践和突出贡献，使其在中国现代高等教育史上占有重要地位。

| Abstract: | The 1930s was the ＂golden period＂ in the development of Jiaotong University and this was directly related to the then President Mr. Li Zhaohuan. His maverick educational ideas, his emphasis on the training of practical talent, his policy of attaching equal importance to moral, intellectual and physical eulture, and his respect for academic freedom all contributed to his success. His outstanding educational ideology, practice and contributions won him an important place in the history of modem Chinese higher education. |
