移动图书馆服务质量评价浅析

摘    要:移动图书馆是信息技术高速发展的必然产物,各界对移动图书馆服务质量评价的研究还较少,笔者在借鉴LibQUAL+TM评价方法的基础上,结合移动图书馆自身的服务模块:短信服务模块、WAP网站建设模块、阅读模块、营销模块和其它模块,构建出符合移动图书馆自身特点的服务质量评价体系,以期对相关的理论及实践的发展有所贡献。

Abstract:Mobile library is the inevitable outcome of the high speed development of information techenology, the study of mobile library service quality evaluation from all walks of life also is less. In reference to evaluation method based on the LibQUAL + TM, combined with the service module of Mobile Library, SMS, WAP website construction service module, reading module, sales module and other modules, the author builds the service quality evaluation system in line with the characteristcs of mobile library, in order to contributed to the development of the related theory and practice
