蔡元培"人格独立"的教育思想

摘    要:蔡元培是民国时期学贯中西的著名教育家。他在清末民初西学东渐的大背景下,吸收西方自由主义和个人主义思想,援引西方教育实践的先进理念,从国家独立、社会改良和振兴学术研究的目的出发,架构了"人格独立"的教育思想,并贯彻其一生的教育实践。从剖析"人格独立"思想的实质入手,探求其深刻的社会历史背景和思想认识根源,梳理西方文化尤其是德国教育实践和法国大革命思想对其产生的影响,透射蔡元培教育救国思想和开展思想启蒙的理念,对于今天教育教学仍有很强的现实指导意义。

Abstract:Cai Yuanpei began to dedicate himself to the cause of education after the fall of Qing Dynasty.The thoughts of personality independence was presented out owed to the independence of country,the improvement of the society and the flourish of the studying of science and technology,which is understood from his educational theory of perfect personality.The thoughts as a result of the change of ideas at the later period of the Qing Dynasty and as a signal of his idea of"Save the nation with education"and thoughts enlightening,have wide significance to today's education,which had deep historical ground and cause of cognition and showed the influences from the practices of Germany educational system and the ideas of the Great Revolution of France.
