| 摘 要： | 我国城乡二元结构内生于农业全面支持工业的赶超型发展战略和以户籍制度为核心的城乡分割体制,体现了强制性制度变迁的特征;而城乡二元结构的演变,则是强制性制度变迁和诱致性制度变迁共同作用的结果。因此,只有结合制度变迁的强制力和诱导力,通过统筹城乡发展、推进城乡一体化制度创新,才能够打破城乡二元结构的桎梏。

| Abstract: | The urban-rural dualistic structure of China was born in the surpassive development strategy in which agriculture fully supported industry and the division of urban-rural system which was centered on household register institution.And it reflected the characters of compulsory institutional change.However,the evolution of the urban-rural dualistic structure has been resulted from the cooperation of compulsory institutional change and induced institutional change.Therefore,only by combining the compelling force and the induction force of institutional change,balancing the urban-rural development and promoting institutional innovation of the urban-rural integration,it can break the fetter of the urban-rural dualistic structure. |
