基于AVR单片机的步进电机驱动设计与应用

摘    要:介绍以AVR单片机为控制核心,由ULN2803芯片构成的步进电机的驱动电路.通过软件实现步进电机的环形分配器编码动能,可同时控制3个步进电机的旋转方向和角位移.该设计已在彩色放大机、电子印像机等控制系统中得到应用,实践证明该驱动电路运行稳定、可靠.

Abstract:The paper proposes a driver circuit of stepping motor made up of ULN2803,with AVR single chip microcomputer(SCM) as its core control.It also introduces coding of annular distributor of stepping motor realized by softwares,which can control the rotation of direction and angular displacement of three stepping motors at the same time.The design has been applied to the control system of color enlarger and electronic printing machine and proved to be stable and reliable.
