| Abstract: | To enhance the cooperation between companies and schools and make greater contributions to the economic development of Suzhou,a survey of market demand of financial management talents from higher vocational colleges is conducted among 79 companies by using questionnaires and interviews.The paper analyses the roles played by financial management in business management and the requirement for financial management staff. |
