| 摘 要： | 从总体上来看，当前中国的腐败问题仍然非常突出，呈现“腐败蔓延”、“越演越烈”的态势。腐败是多种因素共同作用的结果，而从经济学的角度看，其根源取决于两个因素及其相互比较的结果：腐败成本与腐败收益，以及这两者的大小。
