| 摘 要： | 20世纪60年代以来,西方教育创新研究大体经历了三个发展阶段:20世纪60年代的技术视角;20世纪70年代的政治视角;20世纪80年代以来的组织文化视角。总体而言,技术视角将重心放在创新的采纳上,政治视角批判性地分析了创新过程中的权力关系,组织文化视角则探究了学校文化和行为模式对于创新的影响。
