| 摘 要： | 通过定量与定性相结合的研究方法,对1985年至2018年11月间的滑雪专利的结构分布和发展态势进行分析。在结构分布方面：我国滑雪运动专利正处于快速发展期;专利权人以公司(58.9%)和个人(32.8%)为主;高产专利权人及高产发明人分布广泛;技术领域方面存在着个别集中与广泛分布并存的现象。在发展态势方面：我国发明专利以个人为主,而国外则以公司为主;专利发明的动因正由单因素向多因素发展;个性化与智能化是未来的研究热点;同时,我国滑雪市场暂未出现垄断的情况。研究认为,高新技术的不断革新为滑雪运动整体发展提供了有力的物质保障基础,加强对技术创新的重视,契合需求,进一步推进产学研相结合的研究模式是提高我国滑雪运动创新能力的有效途径。

Research on the Distribution Characteristics and Development Trend of Skiing Patents in China |

| Abstract: | Based on the combination of quantitative and qualitative research, this paper analyzes the structure distribution and development trend of skiing patent information from 1985 to November 2018. In terms of the structure distribution, the patent of skiing in China is in a period of rapid development; Most patentees are companies (58.9%) and individuals (32.8%); High-yield patentees and high-yield inventors are widely distributed and there exists the phenomenon of individual concentration and wide distribution in the field of technology. In the aspect of development trend, China"s invention patents are mainly individuals, while foreign countries are mainly companies; the motivation of patent invention is developing from single factor to multiple factors; individualization and intellectualization are the future research hotspots; and there is no monopoly in the skiing market in China. The research believes that the continuous innovation of technology provides a strong material guarantee foundation for the overall development of skiing. Strengthening the emphasis on technological innovation, meeting the needs, and further promoting the research mode combining production, education and research is an effective way to improve the innovation ability of skiing in China. |
