摘    要:家族企业继任“述”与“作”相悖的原因在于二者假设的逻辑基点不同。发轫于西方的职业经理人制度具有其合理性,但对不同文化背景、不同生存环境和不同发展阶段的企业并不具有现实的普适性。对我国家族企业继任的理论研究该更多地关注符合现阶段我国国情的家族企业治理模式;对实践者而言,要改变非此即彼的思维方式,尽力找到能够融合这两个极端的方法,实行家族控制,现代管理。

Abstract:The contradiction between theory and practice in the succession of family businesses is due to the different logic bases for hypothesis. Professional manager system, originating from western countries, is reasonable to some extent, but is of little practical compatibility for enterprises of different cultural backgrounds, different surroundings and different phrases. Therefore, theoretical researches on the succession of family businesses in China should primarily concentrate on the pursuit of a governing pattern suitable for China's conditions. We should make efforts to find out a combination made for these two methods, so as to realize successful governing of the family and modern management.
