| 摘 要： | 迄今为止党的执政规律的理论研究总结了我们党执政的丰富经验，提出了一些有价值的观点，但现有执政规律理论的解读脱离了规律本质、偏离了规律的研究方法、背离了规律本性，产生了把执政规律混同于执政理念的缺陷。深化党的执政规律的研究，必须在科学的执政实践的结构中，正确界定执政实践各要素的本质内涵与特性，科学揭示执政实践各要素之间的本质联系，理性分析执政实践的固有矛盾的特质与形成机理．运用科学抽象的研究方法，将执政经验上升为执政实践的理性认识，使具有主观性特征的执政理念转化为对客观的执政规律的理性探索和自觉实践。

| Abstract: | So far researches on the theory of the Law of Communist Party in Power have summarized the rich experiences of the Party in Power, and have proposed many valuable opinions. However, some of these researches have diverged from the very nature and essence of the law as well as the research approaches of it. The deficiency lies in the equalization between the Law of Communist Party in Power and governing concepts. Our proposal is that the researches on the law of Communist Party in power should be based on the the structure of scientific governing practice, the reveal of the uniqueness of the inherent contradictions. correct definition of the nature and characteristics of each factor in of the substantial relations between factors, and the rational analysis |
