| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料和比较分析等研究方法，对江西省开设地理科学专业的3所普通高等院校现行人才培养模式进行比较，主要从人才培养目标、人才培养质量规格、课程设置的主要内容、基础课程开设情况等几个方面研究，发现三校在培养汁划中存在或多或少的问题，并提出了相应对策和建议：创新培养目标和规格，优化谋程结构，重视创新能力和实践能力的培养等方面。

| Abstract: | By applying such research methods as literature data and comparative analysis,the author compared and analyzed the talent training pattern of Geography in Normal Universities in Jiangxi.Province including the target,the specification,the classification system of curriculum,the design of curriculum scheme and so on.There are more or less problems in talent training program.The author puts forward some suggestions and innovation target and specification,optimizes course structure.The ability of practice and innovation are considered as the core. |
