| 摘 要： | 实施教师职务聘任制是我国高等教育改革和发展的必然趋势，是高校人事制度改革的重要组成部分，是建设一支高质量教师队伍的重要保证。通过考察教师聘任制在我国高校实施的现状及存在的问题，提出了相应的对策，为深化聘任制改革提供参考依据。
