| 摘 要： | 本选择《中华人民共和国国籍法》为分析本,通过“解剖麻雀”的方式,以计算分析和科学方法,总结归纳出法律语体的修辞特征及所要遵循的修辞基本原则。不仅与此前的语体修辞研究的“印象式”的非科学研究模式划清了界线,也为中国修辞学和汉语语体研究的科学化奠下了一块基石。

| Abstract: | Choosing "The Nationality Law of The People's Republic of China" as an analysing version, though the method of "dissecting a sparrow" with calculating analyses and scientific methods, this paper sumed up the rhetoric features of legal style and the basic principles of rhetoric to obey. It not only made a clear distinction with former researches on style-rhetoric which were "impressionistical" and nonscientific research model, but also laid a foundation stone for the Chinese rhetoric and the Chinese style research. |
