| 摘 要： | 目前，商品包装在我国经济中占有重要的地位，但包装废弃物也给环境造成了很大的污染。解决这一问题，要从多方面入手：开发新的环保材料，改变包装设计观念和消费观念及进行包装废品回收立法等，从而使经济发展与环保相协调。

| Abstract: | At present the packing of commodities plays an important role in national economy.But the waste materials of packing have polluted the environment seriously.We must solve the problem in many ways-developing new environment-protecting materials ,changing the concept of packing design and consumption,and making laws about the recycling of waste materials of packing ,etc.,with which the development of economy can co ordinate with the protection of environment. |
