| 摘 要： | 日本在1964年主办了第18届东京夏季奥运会。由于日本与我国同为亚洲国家,体育是外来文化,而且20世纪60年代的日本国情与21世纪初的我国国情大同小异,主办奥运会前后两国的体育设施发展面临极为相似的环境和课题。因此,在主办过奥运会的国家中,剖析和借鉴日本体育设施的建设发展

| Abstract: | The article makes use of document and analysis methods to analyze Japanese and Chinese PE facilities' constitution and development measurement deeply.It shows that Japanese government develops sports for all and adjusts PE policy by Olympic Games and pays high attention to building of PE ground facilities, management,opening,digging potential,improving pubic ground facilities' management and increasing rate of utilization.It can improve and accelerate our countries' PE facilities,particularly it has a high value on adjusting the PE policy in China. |
