| 摘 要： | 以德治校是以德治国思想在教育领域的必然延伸。加强高校德育建设是以德治校的主要内容。领导以德示范，要把理想信念教育放在德育的首位，要批判地继承传统的德育观念，要加强领导，构建全方位德育网络，要加强德育队伍建设，德育工作要具有针对性和形式的多样性，是实行以德治校的重要措施。
