摘    要:目前我国学术界研究热点又棘手的问题是实行弹性退休制度.现行的退休制度现状使退休年龄偏低与人口寿命延长出现了严重的矛盾,造成社会养老保险基金收支不平衡.通过分析研究,延长退休年龄是解决保险金空账问题的一个途径,是缓解养老压力的有力举措.本文主要以目前的焦点问题——延迟退休年龄的主要原因为探索点,提出我国不同人群的退休年龄需要区别对待的弹性退休制度.

Research on the Flexible Retirement Age System in China

Abstract:Putting flexible retirement system into effect has been a hot topic in the academic field and a diffi- cult subject in practice. The current retirement system has a severe conflict between younger retirement age and prolonged lifetime. This phenomenon has resulted in deficit in the pension fund at the moment. Delaying the re- tirement age is not only a way to solve deficit in the pension fund, but also a powerful measure to alleviate the pressure of pension. In this paper, the current concerned issue of delaying retirement age is investigated, which is regarded as the main means to solve this question. It is suggested that a flexible retirement system should be ac- cepted.
