| 摘 要： | 近几年,高校毕业生人数大幅增加,学生如何就业是当今社会最关注的问题.就业难和就业质量不高作为高校学生就业中的突出问题,已成为政府、社会和家庭关注的焦点.本文从职业指导的内涵与现状分析、职业指导促进高校学生就业、建立完善就业指导体制等几方面阐述了职业指导在高校学生就业中的作用和重要性.

Employment and how to improve the quality of employment, as the outstanding problem of the employment of college students, has become the government, society and family＇s focus of attention. Analysis is made from the connotation and the present situation of occupation guide occupation guidance to promote college students employment, this article introduces the importance of occupation guidance in the employment of college students. |
