摘    要:进入大学后,英语专业的新生面对细分的专业课会出现诸多的不适应.为了解他们的学习状况,课题组进行了问卷调查.调查涉及四个方面:新生在中学的学习情况、入学后的学习动机、自主学习能力和对学习困难的态度.通过调查和分析,了解到了新生的学习状况.在此基础上,提出了具体的学习指导建议,以期帮助他们克服学习困难,顺利度过大一这一过渡时期.

Survey and Research on the Learning Situation of English Major Freshmen in Ordinary Normal Universities

Abstract:Faculty development is the core issue which influences the development of the college education. Through the analysis of the performance of the teachers in the National College English Teaching Contest, it is found that the teachers are unable to use the textbooks properly, their teaching method was out of date, and they could neither grasp the new teaching approaches nor apply them in teaching. To a great extent, these are related to the faculty structure, the curriculums of the normal universities, training and the evaluation system. So it is necessary to perfect the curriculum, establish the administrative mechanisms and evaluation systems which can facilitate the development of the faculties, and carry out the national teacher training program.
