| 摘 要： | 当前我国实行赤字财政政策，不仅对促进经济增长，而且对经济结构调整、公平分配、社会稳定等方面都会产生积极的影响。通过赤字财政政策实现社会全面发展要注意处理加大基础设施建设与避免重复建设、鼓励和刺激消费与避免浪费、鼓励私人消费与积极发展公共消费、通过扩大支出促经济发展与通过税制改革和税收调节增加政府财政收入等几个方面的关系。

| Abstract: | Our country carries out deficit financing policy at the present time, It can not only promote economic in-crease, but also regulate economic structure、fair distribuion、social remain stable and so on. Those all can produce posi-tive influence. The deficit financial policy can realize cocial develop in an all - roundway, but during this course we mustpay attention to deal with the following relationships between these such as: enlarge hase equipment build and avoid re-build、encourage and stimulate consume and avoid waste、encourage、personal consume and develop public consume ac-tively、through eularge expenditure to promote economic development and through tax system reform and taxation adjust toadd government financial income etc. |
