摘    要:实践教学是高等教育教学中重要形式之一,其表现形式主要有以撰写论文为主的学术型、以拟定调查报告为主的行业分析型、以验证理论知识模型为主的实验型。远程开放教育是高等教育中重要分支,相比于全日制高等院校,远程开放教育学生规模日益增长,实践教学中"学生多指导教师少、实践教学资源不足"等突出矛盾催生出虚拟化的实践教学模式逐步浮现,其经济性、方便性逐步得到基层电大师生的认同,笔者分析其优势并针对其薄弱环节如复合型师资问题等提出探讨并给出应对策略。

Abstract:Practice teaching is an important form of Higher Education Teaching; its manifestations are mainly to write an academic paper by primarily that called academic type, to make a draft of investigation report by primarily that called type of industry analysis, and to verify theoretical knowledge model by primarily that called type of experiment. Distance and open education is an important branch of higher education. Compared to full - time higher education institutions students in the scale of Open and Distance Education are growing. In the teaching practice, "many students and few teachers, the shortage of teaching practice resources" and other prominent contradictions spawned a virtualization practice teaching Mode gradually, its economy and convenience that gradually in agreement by teachers and students of RTVUS, the article through analysis of its strengths and weaknesses, such as for its complex issues raised teacher to explore and give coping strategies.
