| 摘 要： | 借助Mitchell的三维细分法,分别从合法性、影响力和紧迫性对利益相关者的边界和属性进行分析,得到确定型利益相关者有学生、教师、学校行政管理人员和项目单位四类,预期型利益相关者有用人单位、政府部门、校友、捐赠者、社区、家长、贷款者、公众和其他高校九类。研究证实,高校中的众多利益相关者在多个维度上具有特征差异,人们对利益相关者的认识也是有差异的。
