| 摘 要： | 面对社会经济快速发展, 大学生思想政治工作不断出现新的问题。有必要对大学生思想政治工作进行系统认识及系统协调内在机制进行分析。大学生思想政治工作系统协调要做到被教育者主体与教育者主导作用相统一; 高校各部门之间统一协调; 社会、家庭、学校教育做到有机统一; 教育方式与教育内容相一致。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of social economy some new problems emerged continuously in the university students' ideological and political work.The paper analyzes the system acquaintance and inherence of system harmony about it, and brings forward incorporate of the university students' ideological and political work in order to harmonize the educators subject and the educators' leading function; Harmonize every department of the university; harmonize society, family and school education organically,accord the pattern of education and the content of education. |
