| 摘 要： | 柔然和鲜卑均是我国南北朝时期的北方少数民族。在柔然政权(公元402—552年)与北魏王朝(公元336——534年)并立的近一个半世纪里，二时相攻战，时相和好，并对各自的发展产生了重要的影响。

| Abstract: | the Rou Ran with the Xian Bei are a period and northern national minority in South and North Dynasty of our country. In the Rou Ran political power(A.D.402--552) with the Dynasty of North Wei (A.D.336--534) in a half-a-century that stand together, two the hour offends the war mutually, the hour is mutually friendly, and to each from of the development produced the important influence. |
