| 摘 要： | 内需与外需的关系，实质上是国内经济运行与对外经济运行的关系。从我国的基本国情出发，协调内外需关系应遵循以下三个基本原则：一是内需为主、外需为辅；二是以外需带动内需，以内需促动外需；三是国际收支关系有助于市场总均衡的形成。
