| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the journal title's characteristic of being a trademark from the aspect of exclusiveness and significance.In addition,it discusses the approaches and principles of registering trademarks in the eyes of the law.The importance for the journals to register trademarks is then given in this paper.It's expected that registering trademarks is the path of journals' development. |
