| 摘 要： | 制度伦理和德性伦理有各自的功能和局限,它们在大学德育教育中都发挥着重要的作用。单独强调任何一个都不能很好地解决大学德育的实效性问题,只有让两者相互契合才能提高大学德育的实效性。本文论述了制度伦理与德性伦理在大学德育中契合的应然性和可能性。

| Abstract: | Virtue ethics and institution ethics have respective function and localization. They have taken an important role in the moral education in the university. We can't solve the problem if we only emphasize one aspect. In order to enhance the actual effect, we should combine virtue ethics with institution ethics. The article discusses the necessity and possibility of combination of virtue ethics and institution ethics. |
