| 摘 要： | 生态环境是一种高品质生活环境,是个复杂的系统综合体,具有自身的脆弱性。高校生态环境公益性强,能满足多个主体的生态需求。要保障高校生态环境健康存续就需要投入大量的人力、物力和财力。由于资金短缺,我国高校生态环境建设仅凭学校一己之力很难维系。因此,建立一种付费主体多元化的高校生态环境付费模式非常重要,它为解决高校生态环境建设资金短缺问题找到了一条新路。
