| 摘 要： | 我国高师教育存在着重学科课程教育、轻专业理论与技术教育的偏差。为扭转此偏差,要建立以人文学科课程、学科专业课程、教育学科课程、教育技能和实战课程所构成的教师职业专业化课程体系。教育技术和实践技能,要通过专业教师的言传身教和学生的亲身教育、教学实践来实现。
