激励理论在图书馆流通工作中的应用研究

摘    要:据调查发现,目前图书馆流通工作人员存在着对自身工作价值评价不高的倾向,为此,应当运用激励理论,使他们从工作本身获得激励,在一个个目标实现的过程中获得愉悦,得到公平的评价与报酬, 满足更高层次的需求,以提高工作人员对图书流通工作的认同度。

Abstract:The author finds through years' investigation and researches that there exists some trend among librarians of book circulation. They make light of evaluation to the value of their work. This paper points out that it is appropriate to apply incentive theory to the staff to make them work actively and energetically. In the process of every target being carried on, the staff will experience a kind of work-brought happiness, get a fair evaluation and reward, and meet with requirement of higher level. By the means of prompting, the employees would improve the self-identities towards their jobs of circulation.
