| 摘 要： | 利用数据采集卡PCI-6014,结合编程软件LabVIEW.组建一个虚拟仪器数据采集系统.系统包括下位机的硬件部分,主要是在PCI-6014的基础上构建而成;还包括在上位机的软件系统部分,这一部分利用LabVIEW和Measurement＆Automation等软件协同完成.该系统可以实现了同时采集薄膜的电阻和温度,并实时显示出波形和采集的数据点.

| Abstract: | Using data acquisition card PCI-6014,programming with LabVIEW,we can set up a virtual instrument data acquisition system.This system includes the lower position machine hardware part,which is mainly constructed in the PCI-6014.The software system part,using LabVIEW and Measurement & Automation is included.This system can perform simultaneously gathering the thin film's resistance and temperature,and real-time display profile and gathering data point. |
