| 摘 要： | 在分析国内外企业信息资源配置效率评价指标体系的基础之上，提出从信息内容配置、信息技术配置、信息人员配置三个方面，通过企业信息主管（CIO）的主观感知来对企业信息资源配置效率进行测度。经过对170多家企业的实际测试，表明该感知测度方法是一种有效的进行企业信息资源配置效率的测度方法。

| Abstract: | The paper reviews the correlation research on the evaluation index systems for the efficiency of the firm’s information resource allocation, proposes a new method based on the CIO’s perception to test the efficiency of information resource allocation from three aspects: information content allocation, information technology allocation and information staff. The test results in 170 firms show that perceptual test method is an effective method. |
