| 摘 要： | 高校的思想政治工作内容可谓丰富复杂,但不管从哪个角度进行这项工作,都要突出培养学生的政治素质、理论素质、思想素质和道德素质.所谓政治素质就是政治意识、立场和方向;所谓理论素质就是理论认识、思辨能力.所谓思想素质就是指与具体人所承担的历史使命相一致的认识水平、境界和思想觉悟等;所谓道德素质就是从事特定工作时在道德范畴内对人的要求.
