| 摘 要： | 与其他技击项目一样,武术最主要的内容是攻防技击,而这种技击之所以成为我国武术的主要内容,主要是因为它在发展过程中不断地汲取中国文化的养分,在中国文化的滋润和沐浴下,进行自我的不断进化和升华,表现出独特的技击文化个性.文章主要通过对传统武术这一技击文化个性的分析,使国人对传统武术产生更为理性的辨别和认知,并从中体会到我国武术的真谛.

| Abstract: | Like other Martial Arts,the most fundamental part of WuShu is attack and defense;and why it is of Chinese characteristics is that,during the developing process,it constantly absorbed China’s cultural nutrients as well as self revolutionize and sublimate to become what it is today.This paper aims at facilitating a more rational comprehension for people through the analysis of the art of attack and defense in Wushu,thus to know the truth of Chinese Wushu. |
