本钢5^#高炉喷煤过程的数值模拟

摘    要:通过对本钢5^#高炉喷枪喷煤模拟,建立二维气-粉流动模型,对煤粉从煤枪喷射出流后的流动状态进行表征。研究了喷煤过程的流体力学行为,得到了煤粉喷吹时高妒炉内射流区域流场、温度场、浓度场,对不同煤粉浓度下的数据进行了对比分析,结果表明:随煤粉初始浓度增加,煤粉射流中心温度降低,二氧化碳生成量降低,燃烧产物中未燃煤粉量增加。通过计算机模拟,可以找出设备存在的不足和各种操作参数对高炉运行产生的影响,为喷枪的改造提供理论依据。
