| 摘 要： | 新一代信息技术是当前人类社会发展最为重要的现实语境,引起了人的生存方式的深刻变革,这种变革要求新的治理理念。文章运用哲学的视角阐释了新一代信息技术支撑国家治理现代化的内在机理,从培育提升新一代信息技术进行国家治理的价值理念、制定健全运用新一代信息技术进行国家治理的制度规则、健全完善运用新一代信息技术进行国家治理的法治体系,提出新一代信息技术语境下国家治理现代化的逻辑建构。

| Abstract: | The new generation of information technology is the most important realistic context of current development of human society leading to a profound change in the way of human existence,which requires a new concept of governance.From the perspective of philosophy,this paper explains the internal mechanism of the new generation of information technology to support the modernization of national governance,and puts forward the logical construction of the modernization of state governance in the context of new generation of information technology from the aspects of cultivating and upgrading the value concept of national governance with the new generation of information technology,formulating and improving the system rules of national governance with the new generation of information technology,and improving the legal system of national governance with the new generation of information technology. |
