| 摘 要： | 为了不断总结工程质量监督经验,改进质量监督工作,促进工程质量监督工作向纵深发展,各级监督站应建立建筑工程质量监督档案,并加强管理,上级监督站又可依此档案为依据作定期检查,作为考核、指导各级监督站的工作,从而能引深到全局,作到宏观控制工程质量的目的和作好决策的需要.本文将全面地阐述建筑工程监督档案内容、监督工作程序、组织分工、施工前的监督档案资料、施工过程的监督档案资料、竣工后的监督档案资料、资料移交与档案管理.

| Abstract: | In order to sum-up construction engineering quality experience continually,improving quality-monitoring work,grass roots quality supervise stations should construct file management of architecture engineering quality,thus superior supervise stations can examine periodically hereby,further serve for macroscopical controlling and decision-making.The paper discusses the content of architecture engineering monitoring file,examine program,how to divide the work,the construction monitoring files of various phases. |
