| 摘 要： | 通过结构访谈和半结构访谈、问卷调查以及理论分析,构建了成人居民参与社区学习动机与绩效模型,并且分析了影响成人居民社区学习绩效的主要因素,提出了激发和维持成人居民参加社区学习动机的路径和对策。

| Abstract: | Based on structured and semi-structured interview,questionnaire and theoretical analysis,the performance and motivation model of adult residents participating in community learning is established,and the main factors influencing the adult residents＇ performance in community learning is analyzed.Last,some suggestions on validity in creating and sustaining community motivation of adult residents are given. |
