基于组织文化视角的大学教师发展

摘    要:大学作为一个非政府、非营利性的遗传性组织,较之于政府注重权力、企业注重利益,其则更强调文化的传承。所以,自20世纪80年代"组织文化"被引入高等教育领域以来就备受推崇。一流的大学必须要有一流的教师,教师作为大学组织文化的重要组成部分,同时大学组织文化也影响着大学教师发展的始终。随着人们对"组织文化"内涵的不断完善,大学教师的发展从文化冲突走向融合,"学习型组织"文化对大学教师发展的影响日益凸显,全球化背景下大学教师发展也对组织文化有着强烈的诉求。

Abstract:The university,as a non-government and non-profit hereditary organization,compared with government which pays attention to power and enterprise which focuses on interests,puts more emphasis on the cultural inheritance.So,since the 1980s,"organization culture"was introduced into the field of higher education and has been highly valued.The firstclass university must have first-class teachers,an important part of university organizational culture.At the same time,university organizational culture influences the development of university teachers.With continuous improvement in the connotation of "organizational culture"the development of university teachers steps from cultural conflict to fusion.The effect of "learning organization"culture on university teachers' development has become increasingly prominent, and the development of university teachers under the background of globalization has also exerted a strong appeal to organizational culture.
