| 摘 要： | 由于教学理念滞后,教学内容枯燥,使得90后的大学生对硬式排球的学习兴趣降低,对高校硬式排球的普及和推广产生了严重的制约。通过文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法等研究方法,从提高学生掌握技术能力和兴趣为出发点,采用教学实验对比分析了三组学生掌握排球技能的教学效果。实验证明,广西机电职业技术学院传统的硬式排球教学不大利于排球选修课学生的初步学习,在开始阶段应采用气排球作为学生的初步学习内容,在学生达到一定程度的学练水平之后再转向硬式排球的教学,从而更有利于提高硬式排球的教学效果。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the interest and technical ability of the students, the contrast experiment teaching is used to analyze the effect of the volleyball skills of three groups of students. Experiments show that the preliminary study of traditional volleyball teaching is not conducive to the volleyball elective course students, at the beginning, gas volleyball should be used in teaching as a preliminary of learning content, and it should be turned to volleyball teaching while the students reaching a certain level, which is more conducive to improving the volleyball teaching effect. |
