| 摘 要： | 高校青年教师的师德建设已然成为影响高校事业发展和人才培养质量的关键。针对目前高校青年教师的师德师风现状,从社会和高校内部的德育机制、青年教师自身等方面对青年教师师德失范原因进行了分析,从高校内部如何建立健全科学的师德培训、评价、激励、监督、竞争机制方面提出了相应的改善措施,探索我国高校青年教师师德建设的新路径。

| Abstract: | Morality construction of young college teachers has become a key factor to college development and talent training quality.Based on young college teachers＇ current situation,it analyzes the causes for young college teachers＇ moral misconduct from the aspects of society, moral education mechanism in the college and young college teachers themselves,and puts forward corresponding improving measures on how to establish and perfect scientific training,evaluation,incentive,supervision and competition mechanism of moral education.The process expects to explore a new way for the morality construction of young college teachers. |
