| 摘 要： | 从调查中得出,教师对政府主导学校变革的态度是矛盾的,对政府变革方案的认知度较低,认为政府主导学校变革的过程不到位。因此,政府主导学校变革时,要考虑学校教师的权利和利益,加强沟通和宣传,提供充足的变革资源。

| Abstract: | Based on investigations and questionnaires,we find that teachers adopt a paradoxical attitude towards those school reforms dominated by government,and have a low cognizance and satisfaction degree with govern- ment's dominating school reforms.Therefore,when government demands school to have a change,it should consider teachers' rights and interests,reinforce communications with teachers,and provide sufficient change resources. |
