| 摘 要： | 鞍山是沈大黄金经济轴带上的重要支点，其产业结构升级和产业空间布局是沈大黄金经济带中部隆起的关键因素。本丈分析了鞍山地区产业结构呈现的二元性、单一性、资源型、产业关联性弱、空间布局不合理的特点，提出了鞍山地区产业结构升级要建立以钢铁产业为主导产业体系链和以产业互补为基础的产业集群、壮大现代装备制造业集群、做强矿产品精深加工业集群的思路，并提出了鞍山地区产业空间布局要以中部鞍海经济带为轴线进行轴带集聚，合理布局钢铁工业、装备制造业、轻纺工业、矿产品加工业、高新技术产业、现代服务业和现代农业。

| Abstract: | Anshan is an important fulcrum of Shenyang and Dalian golden economic stalk.Its upgradation of industrial structure and the industrial distribution are the key factors to the swelling up of the central part.This paper analyzes the characteristics of oneness,resource types,the weak link among the industries and the dispersion of the industrial distribution and put forward that this up gradation needs to take the iron and steel industry as the leading industry,run on the principle of mutual aid,and strengthen the modern manufacturing industry and mining industry.It also suggests that the industrial distribution focus on the economic belt between Anshan and Hai Cheng City,distributing iron and steel industry,manufacturing industry,textile industry mining and processing industry,high tech industry,modern service and agriculture industries rationally. |
