| 摘 要： | 本文首先重点探讨了图书馆核心价值问题。通过对图书馆核心价值的认识,提出了知识管理、知识教育和知识服务是图书馆核心价值的新观点。并阐释了知识管理与知识教育、知识服务的概念、内涵和关系以及如何构建基于核心价值提升核心能力的服务创新型图书馆组织管理模式。

Through the understanding of it, the new conception was put forward that management, education and service of knowledge were the library core value. Then it expounded on the concept, connotation, and relation of management, education and service of knowledge and how to establish serving innovative library organization management mode based on core value to promote its core competence. |
