| 摘 要： | ＂一主三学＂教学模式,既充分体现了＂以学生为中心＂的现代教育的观念,又发挥了教师的＂导学＂＂助学＂作用,解决了教学中的三个具体问题：通过明晰师生的角色保证学生在课堂上的主体地位,通过增强学生的自主性提高课堂教学效率,通过＂导学＂＂助学＂＂促学＂促进全体学生个性发展。在实践中取得了良好的效果,为探索教育教学规律积累了一定的经验。
