摘    要:"一主三学"教学模式,既充分体现了"以学生为中心"的现代教育的观念,又发挥了教师的"导学""助学"作用,解决了教学中的三个具体问题:通过明晰师生的角色保证学生在课堂上的主体地位,通过增强学生的自主性提高课堂教学效率,通过"导学""助学""促学"促进全体学生个性发展。在实践中取得了良好的效果,为探索教育教学规律积累了一定的经验。
