| 摘 要： | 少年司法规则系统是少年司法制度的重要组成部分,其完善成熟的过程也是我国少年司法制度不断进步的一个标志。审视现有的少年司法规则系统,存在着效力问题等缺陷与不足。进一步整合少年司法系统规则,制定高阶层、高效力的少年司法规则是今后我国少年司法制度必须完成的一项艰巨任务。

| Abstract: | Juvenile judicial rules system is an important component of the juvenile judicial system,its process of perfection and maturity is a sign of continuous progress for juvenile justice system.Surveying the rules of the existing juvenile judicial system reflects some defects and problems.It is a necessary and hard task for China's future juvenile judicial system to further integrate the juvenile judicial rules system and make high class,high efficient judicial rules. |
