| 摘 要： | 电大的远程教学平台是电大系统进行开放教育的工具,随着计算机技术、通讯技术及多媒体技术的发展,全新的教学平台建设不仅能够充分发挥电大系统办学的优势,而且能够有效提高电大系统的整体工作效率及教学质量,同时体现了＂以学生为中心＂的服务理念。

| Abstract: | Distance learning platform is a tool for open education in RTVU system.With the development of computer,communication and multimedia technologies,building a new distance learning platform can not only exert the advantages of RTVU teaching system,but also effectively improve the overall efficiency and teaching quality of the system.It also reflects the idea of learner-centered supporting service. |
