| 摘 要： | 《高职高专教育英语课程教学基本要求》明确了英语课程教学的目标主要是培养交际性的实用性人才。但青藏高原地区高职院校由于地处经济欠发达,少数民族聚居,教育相对滞后的西部农牧业地区,英语的实用性无法发挥,因此英语教学仍然存在沿用传统教学模式,教学评价单一,英语课时量少,师资短缺,学生英语水平悬殊,英语教材起点太高,与学生的专业知识相距甚远等现状和问题。通过改变教学理念、改革教学模式、加强师资培训、选择或自编适合的教材、改革考试制度和评价制度的英语教学改革对策,努力培养出适应社会需求的应用性高职人才。

| Abstract: | According to Basic Requirements for Higher Vocational College English Teaching, the training goal of higher vocational college English teaching is to train communicative and practical talents. However, since higher vocational colleges in Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Area are located in underdeveloped places where ethnic minorities gather and live and western China’s agriculture and animal husbandry production area where education relatively lags behind, the practicality of English can’t play. English teaching in these colleges still follows traditional teaching model, and the following are current situation and problems: singularity of teaching assessment, lacking teaching hours, shortage of qualified teachers, wide gap between students’English levels, English teaching materials with too high starting point and far from students’specialized knowledge. To cultivate practical talents who can adapt to society, some countermeasures and suggestions should be given such as to change our philosophy of teaching, reform our teaching models, enhance our teachers’training, choose or edit by ourselves appropriate teaching materials, reform the examination system and evaluation system and so on. |
