| Abstract: | Based on practices of teaching superintendence and guidance in universities, the author discusses the composition of the teaching quality supervision and control system, the relation among the systems, and the functions of teaching superintendence and guidance in the system. The author puts forward that it is necessary to follow the principle of decision-making, implementation, and supervision interaction in the quality supervision and control system. |
